Our accommodation is also open out of season. We kindly ask you to contact us at least 3 days in advance.

General terms and conditions

Our prices may vary according to our availability and requested period. An additional charge will be added for each extra bed.
Tourist tax of 2,70 € per person per day (from 14 years of age and over) must be added to the indicated prices and paid on site.
As confirmation of the booking a deposit of 30%-50% of the amount of your stay (depending on the period requested) will be required and made by bank transfer or credit card.

Check-in available from 3.00 pm, check-out by 9.30 am.
We are NOT responsible for any forgotten items
Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house
We are sorry but pets are NOT allowed
The doors are equipped with electronic locks, in case of loss of any key we charge € 15,00

Terms of cancellation

There is no right of cancellation in the sense of the consumer protection code - nevertheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
- Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: the deposit paid (30 % of the total amount) will be retained.
- Cancellation 29 to 8 days prior to arrival: 70 % cancellation fee on the total amount of your stay
- Cancellation 7 days or more before arrival, late arrival or early departure: 90 % of the total amount of your stay.
- The total amount of your stay will be paid in full, we do not take in consideration postponed arrivals or early departures.

Travell cancellation Insurance

With our Travel Cancellation Protection Insurance you are financially protected. Should you delay your booked hotel stay or not arrive at all, or should you break off your trip prematurely, cancellation fees may be charged. In order to keep you free of any expenses in such cases, we recommend that you take out this travel cancellation protection insurance.
